Please continue to pray
Our goals have not changed for 2010 and beyond. It is important that you pray for Manna Ministries outreach through Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry and our outreach to those trapped in poverty and despair.
Our motto is still the same as our letterhead declares: “feeding the poor – changing lives” through the Gospel of Christ.

Sometimes it's not all sweetness and light, but we're here to help.
PRAYER REQUESTS
1) Recently our new van was side-swiped and put out of commission. We would appreciate your prayers as we scramble to find a way to continue to pick up the food and supplies we need to help the hungry in Waco.
2) Someone whom we were able to help through Loaves and Fishes, confessed that she was pregnant and needed more help. We've gotten her in touch with another local ministry that is set up for the specific needs she will be dealing with as a single mom.
It's a sad story. But not without hope; Christ cares for those who recognize their need for him. She is not far from our thoughts and prayers here.
We'd appreciate it if you would keep her in your prayers as she goes through this difficult time.
